‎توقيف شخص بسبب تدوينة فيسبوكية دعا إلى بيع وجدة وسكانها للجزائر

أوقفت عناصر الشرطة بمدينة جرسيف، يوم أمس الجمعة، شخصاً على خلفية نشره تدوينة على منصة التواصل الاجتماعي “فيسبوك”، أثارت جدلاً واسعًا.

وجاء في التدوينة المثيرة للجدل: “لو كان الأمر بيدي لأبيع وجدة وسكانها للجزائر”، وهو ما اعتُبر تصريحًا يحمل إساءة وتهديدًا للسلم الاجتماعي.

وتحركت عناصر الشرطة القضائية بناءً على معلومات دقيقة حصلت عليها، حيث تم توقيف المشتبه فيه أثناء زيارته لأصهاره في حي الشوبير بمدينة جرسيف، ولم تُشر المصادر إلى ما إذا كان الموقوف موضوع شكايات رسمية من قبل سكان مدينة وجدة أو فعاليات مدنية بها.

ووفقًا لتقارير إعلامية، تم وضع الموقوف تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية، وذلك في إطار التحقيق الجاري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة.

ومن المنتظر أن يتم تقديمه أمام العدالة بعد استكمال إجراءات البحث والتحقيق، حيث يواجه المشتبه فيه تهمة تتعلق بـ”المس بالأشخاص والتمييز عبر وسائط التواصل الاجتماعي”.
