إعلان للعموم: جماعة العروي تُفعّل آليات الانفتاح والمشاركة المواطنة

في إطار تنفيذ وتفعيل الآليات التشاركية للحوار والتشاور المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم 113.14 المتعلق بالجماعات، تُعلن جماعة العروي إلى عموم الساكنة المحلية والهيئات التشاورية المحدثة في الجماعة عن انخراطها في برنامج الجماعات الترابية المنفتحة. ويهدف هذا البرنامج إلى ترسيخ مبادئ الانفتاح في الجماعات الترابية عبر تعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة، وتفعيل المشاركة المواطنة، وضمان الحق في الوصول إلى المعلومات، ورقمنة الخدمات العمومية.

يأتي هذا الإعلان كخطوة استراتيجية ضمن جهود الجماعة لتحديث نظامها الإداري وتطوير خدماتها المقدمة للمواطنين، بما يتماشى مع المعايير الحديثة للتفاعل والمساءلة. وتعكس هذه المبادرة رغبة الجماعة في خلق بيئة حكومية شفافة تشارك فيها كافة الأطراف، وتسهم في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية، مع التأكيد على أهمية الحوار المستمر بين السلطات المحلية والمواطنين.

يُعتبر هذا المشروع منصة جديدة لتقوية العلاقة بين إدارة الجماعة والمجتمع المحلي، بما يضمن استجابة أسرع وأكثر فعالية لاحتياجات السكان وتطلعاتهم. كما يمثل البرنامج خطوة نحو تعزيز الثقة العامة في مؤسسات الدولة وتحقيق التنمية الشاملة على جميع الأصعدة
