شهدت الكلية المتعددة التخصصات بالناظور، صباح اليوم السبت 15 فبراير 2025، مناقشة أطروحة الدكتوراه في القانون العام للطالب الباحث رشيد بنحدو، الموظف بمحكمة الاستئناف بالناظور، والتي كانت تحت عنوان:

“دمقرطة القرار الإداري بالمغرب”

تمت المناقشة في قاعة العروض بحضور نخبة من الأساتذة، والطلبة الباحثين، وأفراد من عائلة الباحث، وسط أجواء علمية راقية.

تكونت اللجنة العلمية المشرفة على مناقشة الأطروحة من الأساتذة:
• الأستاذ الميلود بوطريكي: أستاذ التعليم العالي بكلية الحقوق وجدة – مشرفًا ورئيسًا
• الأستاذ فاروق البضموسي: أستاذ محاضر مؤهل بكلية الحقوق فاس – مقرِّرًا وعضوًا
• الأستاذ يوسف عنتار: أستاذ محاضر مؤهل بالكلية المتعددة التخصصات الناظور – مقرِّرًا وعضوًا
• الأستاذة عزيزة الغداني: أستاذة محاضرة مؤهلة بالكلية المتعددة التخصصات الناظور – عضوًا
• الأستاذ مصطفى قريشي: أستاذ محاضر مؤهل بالكلية المتعددة التخصصات الناظور – عضوًا
• الأستاذ محمد أبركان: أستاذ محاضر مؤهل بالكلية المتعددة التخصصات الناظور – عضوًا

بعد عرض مستفيض لموضوع الأطروحة، الذي تطرق فيه الباحث إلى إشكالية دمقرطة القرار الإداري في المغرب، والدور الذي تلعبه الإصلاحات القانونية في تكريس مبادئ الحكامة الجيدة والشفافية والمشاركة المواطنة، نال الطالب رشيد بنحدو شهادة الدكتوراه بميزة مشرف جدًا، مع توصية بنشر الأطروحة نظرًا لأهميتها العلمية والعملية.

تميزت الجلسة بحضور عدد من الأساتذة والطلبة الباحثين، بالإضافة إلى عائلة الدكتور رشيد بنحدو، الذين عبروا عن فخرهم واعتزازهم بهذا الإنجاز الأكاديمي الرفيع، الذي يُضاف إلى سجل مدينة العروي الحافل بالكفاءات العلمية.

يعد هذا التتويج ثمرة سنوات من البحث والاجتهاد، ويؤكد المكانة العلمية التي بات يحتلها الباحثون المنتمون للمنطقة في مجال القانون العام والدراسات السياسية، متمنين للدكتور رشيد بنحدو مزيدًا من التألق والعطاء في مسيرته الأكاديمية والمهنية.
