تفكيك شبكة للنصب والاحتيال الرقمي.. توقيف ثلاثة مشتبه فيهم بينهم شقيقان بجرسيف والناظور

تمكنت عناصر الشرطة القضائية بالمنطقة الإقليمية للأمن بمدينة جرسيف، بتنسيق ميداني مع نظيرتها بمدينة الناظور، صباح اليوم الخميس، من توقيف ثلاثة أشخاص، من بينهم شقيقان، للاشتباه في تورطهم في شبكة إجرامية تنشط في مجال النصب والاحتيال الرقمي وانتحال صفات ينظمها القانون.

وحسب المعطيات الأولية للبحث، فقد كان المشتبه فيهم يعتمدون على تقنيات وأنظمة معلوماتية متطورة لتنفيذ عمليات احتيالية، من خلال انتحال صفات ووظائف عمومية بهدف تضليل الضحايا وسلبهم مبالغ مالية، إلى جانب قرصنة معطياتهم الشخصية واستغلالها بطرق غير مشروعة.

وأسفرت العملية الأمنية عن وضع الموقوفين تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية، بأمر من النيابة العامة المختصة، في إطار البحث القضائي الرامي إلى الكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات القضية، وتحديد الأساليب الرقمية المعتمدة في تنفيذ هذه الأفعال الإجرامية، فضلاً عن رصد الامتدادات المحتملة لهذا النشاط الإجرامي وتوقيف باقي المتورطين المفترضين.

وتأتي هذه العملية في سياق المجهودات المتواصلة التي تبذلها المصالح الأمنية لمكافحة الجرائم الإلكترونية وتعزيز التصدي لشبكات النصب والاحتيال التي تستغل الوسائط الرقمية للإيقاع بالضحايا والاستيلاء على أموالهم ومعطياتهم الشخصية.
